Also Our Product Category is Photography, Video, Entertainment, Tools, Utility, Personalization. These all class Apps we created is only for User Entertainment purpose.

3) App Permissions:

Call log and Contacts

- As part of our dialer feature, which is provided to certain apps of ours, you will need to grant us permission to access your call log and contacts. We use these permissions to provide our dialer service and to identify callers based on your contact list. The call log and contacts permissions must be explicitly enabled through in-app permissions or mobile settings. You may disable these permissions at any time; however, depending on the permission you disable, some or all features may not function properly.

Furthermore, we wish to clarify that we do not store any of your contacts or call logs on our servers, and all processing activities are conducted solely on your device. We process this information based on your consent, provided through the in-app permissions, in order to fulfill our contract with you and deliver our services.

Bluetooth and Network

- We may collect, through your Bluetooth and network permissions, a list of devices and networks your device "sees" as well as the connection history of your device. We use these permissions to provide you with our services. These permissions must be explicitly enabled through in-app permissions or mobile settings. You may disable the permissions at any time; however, depending on the permission you disable, some or all features may not function properly. We process this information based on your consent, provided through in-app permissions, in order to fulfill our contract with you and deliver our services.

We may store your Firebase Cloud Messaging token. If you want to stop receiving push notifications, you can either disable push notifications in your device’s settings or uninstall the app.

This information will be processed to enable us to send push notifications to users from our server.

The registration information is processed to fulfill our contract with you, while direct marketing is based on our legitimate interest.

c)In-App Payment Information:

When you make a payment through our app and services, all transactions are processed as in-app payments and are governed by the relevant App Store's terms and privacy policy.

d)Log Data and Unique Identifiers:

If an error occurs in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party service providers) such as "Log Data" or "Crash Data." In most cases, this data will not include Personal Data. However, we treat it as Personal Data because it may be possible to reasonably identify you.

f)Photos and Videos:

If you use the designated feature in our app to access our services, we will ask you to provide photos, images, or videos of yourself (collectively "Content") for editing and creating animations. Although we cannot prevent you from providing this Content, we only use the Personal Data from these photos for the purpose of delivering our service.

We process this data to deliver the services you requested, including the editing and animation functions. For example, if you want altered photographs with Emoji animations, we will use the original photograph you provided.
We keep the original photo and the animation for as long as you use the services. Additionally, we want to clarify that we do not store any of your photos or videos on our servers; all processing occurs solely on your device.

g)Microphone and Audio:

For our dialer feature, available in certain apps, you will need to grant us permission to access your microphone.

We use these permissions to provide you with our dialer feature. The microphone permission must be enabled through in-app settings or your mobile device settings. You can disable these permissions at any time, but doing so may affect the functionality of the feature or the entire app. We process audio and use the microphone solely to deliver the dialer feature and do not store any of your audio.
Additionally, we want to clarify that we do not store any audio files or information accessed through the microphone on our servers; all processing is done entirely on your device.

h)Call log and Contacts:

We use Google Cloud, which operates data centers in the EU, US, and Asia. Additionally, some processing activities are carried out in Israel and other countries. When transferring data outside your jurisdiction, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data is protected in accordance with applicable laws.

For Personal Data collected within the EU that is transferred outside the EU (and not to a country deemed by the European Commission to provide adequate protection), the transfer will be conducted under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Union. The Services are not intended for use by children (where “child” refers to an individual under the age defined by applicable law, which is under 16 in the EEA and under 13 in the US).
